摘要 Energyandenvironmentalissueshavebecomeincreasinglyprominentinmattersoftransportation.Comparedwithroad,air,andseatransportation,railwaytransportationhastheadvantagesofalargetransmissioncapacity,withrapid,safe,andon-timetravel,requiringlesslandresources,withlowerenergyconsumption,lessenvironmentalpollution,andthecapacitytooperateundermostweatherconditions.Inparticular,high-speedrailwaytechnologyhasbeengrowingrapidly.Sincetheworld'sfirsthigh-speedrailwaywasbuiltinJapanin1964,morethantencountriesandregionshavedevelopedhigh-speedrailways,operatingoveratotalofmorethan10000km.High-speedrailwaysnotonlyprovidethepublicwithanewtypeofrapid,convenient,safe,andcomfortabletravel,butalsogreatlyboostthesocio-economicdevelopmentofthecountry.
