·Thisisacasepresentationofaverybizarreopenglobetraumawithanteriorsegmentforeignbody-fishinghookstuckinthecorneaandiris.Complicationsduetothiskindofeyetraumamightbeveryhazardousandwithseriousimpactonvisualfunction.Wearerepresentingourapproachandexperienceofthreestepmanagementofthiskindofeyeinjury:first-extracttheforeignbody,closeandreconstructtheeyeball,second-fightinflammation,andthird-restorethevisualfunctionbycataractsurgery.·
