简介：社会资本研究一直是经济学研究的热点领域,尤其在新制度经济学中,作为非正式制度的社会资本对于经济发展的作用不容小觑。中国的市场经济要走向成熟,特别是农村经济和社会治理要实现现代化,关键就在于如何把农民有效组织起来,这就离不开社会资本的发育和完善。英美等发达国家市场经济,是建立在约翰·洛克“社会在国家之上”的理念之上,因而社会资本对经济发展的作用丝毫不亚于国家对经济的影响。个体是现代国家中最小的单元,社会则按照非强制、非暴力原则调节个体间的关系,自下而上、自小而大地组织形成若干更大的单元,从而具有个体和国家都不具备的力量。一个国家经济的成功不仅在于政府对经济的调控,也在于社会资本的积累和成熟。所以未来经济学的发展,在很长时间都离不开对社会资本的深入研究。
