简介：农村家庭女性劳动力已经成为农村剩余劳动力的主要部分,农地流转市场的发展能否促进女性参与就业成为了一个经验问题.本文利用中国居民收入调查（CHIP2013）数据并使用倾向值匹配法（PSM）分析了农地转出行为对家庭女性在本地非农时间和外出从业时间的影响.研究发现,农地转出行为将使家庭女性在本地非农时间增加,但对外出从业时间影响不显著.使用多值分层匹配法（SSM）分析发现,农地转出行为在总体上对家庭女性就业时间的影响未表现出明显异质性,但在农地转出倾向各层级内部,这一影响却具有显著差异.进一步对农地转出行为影响家庭女性就业时间的个体处理效应进行分析发现,外出工作经历、家庭负担系数、家庭人口个数等特征差异是造成个体处理效应异质性的主要根源.
