简介：【摘要】 随着互联网、移动互联网技术，社会经济的发展，加快企业转型升级、调整经济结构已经成为企业发展必由之路。这其中B2B，B2C的营销模式已经逐渐趋于稳定与饱和，因此基于市场环境的变化以及大型零售企业的在市场变化中愈加发展缓慢，由此O2O营销模式由此被引进。O2O是指将线下的商务机会与互联网结合，让互联网成为线下交易的前台模式。随着移动互联网的不断发展，O2O模式引起了越来越多零售企业的关注，线上与线下各有优势，通过结合可以相互促进相互发展，从而实现共赢的目的。现在越来越多的零售业相关的企业选择开出实体体验店，或携手实体店开展业务和提升服务质量。而更多的实体零售企业也都纷纷拓展线上业务，借力新技术提升顾客体验，从而降低企业的成本，促进企业的快速发展。在全新的形式下，我们以在国内开启O2O 模式的苏宁为例，本文先通过研究国内O2O 模式的发展现状，在通过文献研究法、SWOT分析法等分析苏宁云商O2O模式的商业模式现状及未来发展方向，并提出有益于O2O模式的策略。
