简介:Throughanevent-relatedpotential(ERP)study,weexaminedtheprocessingmechanismsoffourtypesofChinese(Mandarin)relativeclauses(RCs),namelysubjectsubject-extractedrelativeclause(SSR),subjectobject-extractedrelativeclause(SOR),objectsubject-extractedrelativeclause(OSR),andobjectobject-extractedrelativeclause(OOR)totesttheuniversalityandlanguagespecificityofRCcomprehensionprocesses.Theresultsofthisstudysupportapreferenceforobject-extractedRCsmodifyingboththesubjectandobjectofasentence,i.e.,SORsandOORs.Inparticular,ERPresultsshowedstrongerP600effectsintheRCregionforSSRscomparedwithSORs,whichwearguereflectsacanonicalwordordertheory.StrongerN400effectswereobservedforverbscomparedwithnouns,reflectingeasierunderstandingfornouns.ERPresultsfromthematrixclauseobjectandtherelativizer'de'showedstrongerP600effectsinSSRscomparedwithSORs,suggestingthematicstructureeffectsonsyntacticconstructionandtheprocessingpreferenceofthewholesentence.
简介:Mostadultswithauditoryprocessingdisorder(APD)oftenhavetroubleatwork.ItispossiblethattheselisteningproblemsinadultswithAPDinfluencetheirmentalhealth.Thus,wehavetotakethesubject'spersonalityandmentalstatusintoconsiderationwhensupportingsubjectswithAPD.However,studiesonAPDinadultsarecomparativelyrare.Inthisstudy,weaimedtoevaluatetherelationshipsbetweentheresultsofauditorytests,APDsymptoms,andpsychologicalstatusinsubjectswithAPD.Thisstudyincluded22adultswhocomplainedoflisteningproblemsineverydaylife,andtheyunderwentauditoryprocessingtestsandwerequestionedregardingtheirpsychologicalcharacteristics.Fromtheresultsoftheauditoryprocessingtests,allsubjectsshowedlowscoresonatleastonetest;therefore,theyweresuspectedofhavingAPD.Especially,thescoreswerelowontheauditorymemorytest.Furthermore,subjectswithAPDshowrelativelysimilarpsychologicalcharacteristicstoeachother.However,therewasnosignificantrelationshipbetweentheresultsoftheauditoryprocessingtestsandpsychologicalcharacteristics.Wehavetotakenoticeofasubject'spsychologicalstatewhentheyperceivetheirlisteningdifficultiesasalarge-scaleproblemandfeelanxiousasaresult.Forthispurpose,weshouldtakepsychologicalcharacteristicsintoconsiderationatthetimeofthemedicalexaminationinterviewbeforeaudio-psychologicaltesting.

简介:Theefficiencyofthepoly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)and[6,6]-phenylC61-butyricacidmethylester(PC61BM)basedorganicsolarcellswasenhancedbyusing1,2,4-trichlorobenzene(TCB)asaprocessingadditivetocontroltheblendmorphology.TheadditionofTCBimprovedthearrangementofP3HTwhichresultedingoodphaseseparatedblendfilms.Correspondingly,theoptimizedsolarcellsshowedapowerconversionefficiency(PCE)of4.17%withafillfactor(FF)of0.69,whichwerehigherthanthoseofcommonthermalannealingdevices(PCE3.84%,FF0.67).Theefficiencywasfurtherimprovedto4.74%bythermalannealingat150°Cfor10minwithahigherFFof0.74.
简介:AconitiLateralisRadixPraeparata(Fuzi)isacommonlyusedtraditionalChinesemedicineinclinicforitspotencyinrestoringyangandrescuingfromcollapse.Aconitialkaloids,mainlyincludingmonoester-diterpenoidaconitines(MDAs)anddiester-diterpenoidaconitines(DDAs),areconsideredtoactasbothbioactiveandtoxicconstituents.Inthepresentstudy,afeasible,economical,andaccurateHPLCmethodforsimultaneousdeterminationofsixalkaloidmarkersusingtheSingleStandardforDeterminationofMulti-Components(SSDMC)methodwasdevelopedandfullyvalidated.Benzoylmesaconinewasusedastheuniquereferencestandard.Thismethodwasprovenasaccurate(recoveryvaryingbetween97.5%-101.8%,RSD<3%),precise(RSD0.63%-2.05%),andlinear(R>0.9999)overtheconcentrationranges,andsubsequentlyappliedtoquantitativeevaluationof62batchesofsamples,amongwhich45batcheswerefromgoodmanufacturingpractice(GMP)facilitiesand17batchesfromthedrugmarket.Thecontentswerethenanalyzedbyprincipalcomponentanalysis(PCA)andhomogeneitytest.ThepresentstudyprovidedvaluableinformationforimprovingthequalitystandardofAconitiLateralisRadixPraeparata.ThedevelopedmethodalsohasthepotentialinanalysisofotherAconitumspecies,suchasAconitumcarmichaelii(preparedparentroot)andAconitumkusnezoffii(preparedroot).
