  • 简介:Logicqubitplaysanimportantroleincurrentquantumcommunication.Inthispaper,weproposeanefficiententanglementconcentrationprotocol(ECP)foranewkindoflogicBellstate,wherethelogicqubitistheconcatenatedGreenber-Horne-Zeilinger(C-GHZ)state.OurECPreliesonthenondemolitionpolarizationparitycheck(PPC)gatesconstructedwithcross-Kerrnonlinearity,andcandistillonepairofmaximallyentangledlogicBellstatefromtwosamepairsofless-entangledlogicBellstates.BenefitfromthenondemolitionPPCgates,theconcentratedmaximallyentangledlogicBellstatecanberemainedforfurtherapplication.Moreover,ourECPcanbercpeatedtofurtherconcentratetheless-entangledlogicBellstate.ByrepeatingtheECP.thetotalsuccessprobabilitycanbeeffectivelyincreased.Basedonabovefeatures,thisECPmaybeusefulinfuturelong-distancequantumcommunication.

  • 简介:Platestructuresareemployedasimportantstructuralcomponentsinmanyengineeringapplications.Hence,assessingthestructuralconditionsofin-serviceplatestructuresiscriticaltomonitoringglobalstructuralhealth.Modalcurvature-baseddamagedetectiontechniqueshaverecentlygarneredconsiderableattentionfromtheresearchcommunity,andhavebecomeapromisingvibration-basedstructuralhealthmonitoringsolution.However,computingerrorsarisewhencalculatingmodalcurvaturesfromlateralmodeshapes,whichresultfromunavoidablemeasurementerrorsinthemodeshapesasidentifiedfromlateralvibrationsignals;thismakescurvature-basedalgorithmsthatusealateralmeasurementonlytheoreticallyfeasible,butpracticallyinfeasible.Therefore,inthisstudy,long-gaugefiberBragggratingstrainsensorsareemployedtoobtainamodalcurvaturewithoutanumericaldifferentiationprocedureinordertocircumventthecomputingerrors.Severaldamageindicesbasedonmodalcurvaturesthatweredevelopedtolocatebeamdamageareemployed.Bothnumericalandexperimentalstudiesareperformedtovalidatetheproposedapproach.However,althoughpreviousstudieshavereportedrelativesuccesswiththeapplicationofthesedamageindicesonasimplebeam,onlyonedamageindexdemonstratedthecapabilitytolocatedamagewhenthestiffnessofthelocalregionchangednearthesensor.

  • 简介:High-dimensionalentanglementisavaluableresourceforsecureandefficientquantuminformationprocessing.Amajorchallengeforpracticaluseofmultidimensionalquantumsystemsistheestablishmentofcontrolsoverarbitrarysuperpositionstatesinrealisticconditions.Thisworkdemonstratesspatiallyentangledphotonpairspropagatingthroughtwoseparatefour-coreopticalfiberswiththeamplitudesandphasesofthesuperpositionbeingindependentlycontrollable.Usingquantumstateanalyzersthatcandetectarbitrarymulticoresuperpositionstates,Bell-typeCGLMPinequalitiesintwo,three,andfourdimensionsaredirectlytested.Enhancedviolationoftheinequalitybyslightnonmaximalityofentanglementisalsodemonstrated.

  • 简介:ThelocalCa^2+releasefromtheheterogeneouslydistributedendoplasmicreticulum(ER)calciumstorehasacriticalroleincalciumhomeostasisandcellularfunction.However;singlefluorescentproteinbasedERcalciumprobesexperiencechallengesinquantifyingtheERcalciumstoreindifferinglivecells,andintensity-basedmeasurementsmakeitdifficulttodetectlocalcalciummicrodomainsintheER.Here,wedevelopedageneticallyencodedratiometricERcalciumindicator[GCEPIA1-SNAPer]thatcandetectthereal-timeERcalciumstoreandlocalcalciummicrodomainsinlivecells.GCEPIA1-SNAPerwaslocatedinthelumenoftheERandshowedalinear;reversibleandrapidresponsetochangesintheERcalciumstore.TheGCEPIA1-SNAPerprobeeffectivelymonitoredthedepletionoftheERcalciumstorebyTGorstarvationtreatment,andthrough让suseweidentifiedheterogeneouslydistributedcalciummicrodomainsintheERwhichwerecorrelatedw让hthedistributionofSTIM1clustersuponERcalciumstoredepletion.Lastly,GCEPIA1-SNAPercanbeusedtodetecttheERcalciumstorebyhigh-throughputflowcytometryandconferstheabilitytostudythefunctionofcalciummicrodomainsoftheER.

  • 简介:Background:Self-efficacyhasbeenidentifiedasanimportantdeterminantofyouth'sbehaviorchangeincludingphysicalactivity(PA)participation.However,thedimensionalitycheckofaPAself-efficacyscalehasrarelybeenconductedinChina.Thecurrentstudyaimstoexamine(1)theunidimensionalityofashortenedChineseversionofPAself-efficacyscale(S-PASESC);(2)themeasurementinvarianceofS-PASESCacrossgenderandlevelsofeducation;(3)thelatentfactormeandifferencebetweengenderandlevelsofeducation;(4)thedirecteffectsofself-efficacyonPAbydifferentgenderandeducationlevels;and(5)thecomparisonsofthedirecteffectsofself-efficacyonPAacrossgenderandeducationlevels.Methods:Theparticipantswere5ththrough11thgradepublicschoolstudentsrecruitedfrom7citieslocatedindifferentgeographicregionsofChina.Thefinaldataincludeatotalof3003participants(49.7%boys)whohavecompletedthescales.Results:Confirmatoryfactoranalysis(CFA)testsupportedtheunidimensionalityofS-PASESC.TheS-PASESCisinvariantacrossgenderand3levelsofeducationatbothconfigural,fullmetric,andfullscalarlevels.FindingsfromlatentmeancomparisonsshowedthatboysreportedhigherPAself-efficacythangirls.Students'perceivedPAself-efficacytendtodecreasefromelementarytohighschool.Finally,self-efficacypositivelyrelatedtoPAbygroupsofdifferentgenderandeducationlevelsandtherelationshipbetweenself-efficacyandPAisstrongeramongmiddleschoolboysthangirls.Conclusion:FindingssuggestS-PASESCisavalidscaleformeasuringChinesestudents'PAself-efficacy.
