简介：摘要目的探讨喉罩在院前急救中的应用价值。方法21例院前急救需气道支持的患者,均使用喉罩进行气道支持,统计喉罩插管成功情况、不良反应发生情况、血氧饱和度(SpO2)上升情况、心率(HR)降低情况以及患者急诊科及最终死亡情况。结果本次喉罩一次性插管成功率为100.00%；未出现喉头水肿、出血、气道损伤、误插管进消化道、返流等不良反应,SpO2上升率平均22.7%,HR降低率平均25.25%。入选病例平均抢救时间(1.0±0.5)h,急诊科死亡率为52.38%,最终死亡率为71.43%。结论喉罩能安全、高效的用于院前急救,为院内抢救赢得时机。
