简介：ItisnecessaryforanMC-CDMAuplinkreceivertoemployMUD(multiuserdetection)inafrequencyselectivefadingchannel.AfteranalyzingthealgorithmofPIC(parallelinterferencecancellation)MUD,anovelMUDscheme,Soft-PIC(softparallelinterferencecancellation)isproposed.Basedonthereliabilityofeachdetectedusersignalintheformerstage,thisSoft-PICdetectionschemesubstitutesasoftdecisionofthevariablefortheharddecisioninPICscheme.ComparedwiththePICscheme,itcanreconstructtheinterferencesignalsmoreaccuratelyandeliminateMAI(multipleaccessinterference)inamoreefficientway.PICisoneofthemostpracticalschemesinnumerousmultiuserdetectiontechnologies.However,Soft-PICasanimprovedPICschemedeservesfurtherstudy.
