简介：随着信息技术的飞速发展和语言教学理念的不断更新，计算机辅助语言学习（CALL）的形式和功能也发生了很大的变化。网络以其快捷的速度和丰富多样的真实语料成为语言学习的理想资源，以计算机为媒介的协作学习模式（CMC）更是极大地促进了学习者之间的互动交流，成为学习者协作式知识建构的又一平台。本文首先阐述CALL在各发展阶段的特征以及对语言学习的主要辅助功能，并在此基础上探讨CMC协作学习模式在语言学习中的运用。作者认为基于计算机的CMC协作学习模式是目前学习者体验语言运用和协作构建语言知识的最佳学习模式之一。
