简介：目的：观察针刺治疗女性更年期综合征的疗效。方法：依据中医治疗本病以肾为主的法则，取关元、中极、子宫、三阴交为主，治疗女性更年期综合征30例。结果：针刺治疗本病总有效率为90．0％。针刺后患者的血：青内分泌激素较针刺有明显的改变(P<0．05)。结论：初步认为针刺对机体的神经内分泌系统可起到综合的调节作用：可以使紊乱的植物神经内分泌功能重新恢复到稳态，从而消除或减轻女性更年期的各种临床症状。
