简介:Aone-dimensionalequivalentlinearmethod(EQL)iswidelyusedinestimatingseismicgroundresponse.Forthismethod,theshearmodulusanddampingratioofinelasticsoilaresupposedtobefrequencyindependent.However,historicalearthquakerecordsandlaboratorytestresultsindicatethatnonlinearsoilbehaviorisfrequencydependent.Severalfrequency-dependentequivalentlinearmethods(FDEQL)relatedtotheFourieramplitudeofshearstraintimehistoryhavebeendevelopedtotakeintoaccountthefrequency-dependentsoilbehavior.Furthermore,theshearstrainthresholdplaysanimportantroleinsoilbehavior.Forshearstrainsbelowtheelasticshearstrainthreshold,soilbehavesessentiallyasalinearelasticmaterial.Toconsidertheeffectofelastic-shear-strain-thresholdandfrequency-dependentsoilbehavioronwavepropagation,theshear-strain-threshold-andfrequency-dependentequivalentlinearmethod(TFDEQL)isproposed.AseriesofanalysesisimplementedforEQL,FDEQL,andTFDEQLmethods.Resultsshowthatelastic-shear-strain-thresholdandfrequency-dependentsoilbehaviorplaysagreatinfluenceonthecomputedsiteresponse,especiallyforthehighfrequencyband.Also,theeffectofelastic-strain-thresholdandfrequency-dependentsoilbehavioronthesiteresponseisanalyzedfromrelativelyweaktostronginputmotion,andresultsshowthattheeffectismorepronouncedasinputmotiongoesfromweaktostrong.
简介:目的:建立晋城地区健康人群前臂骨密度(BMD)的峰值骨量和标准差值,为开展周围型双能X线骨密度仪测定及骨质疏松症研究提供基础数据。方法采用韩国产双能X线骨矿测量仪(EXA-3000)对晋城地区1400例21~55岁的健康体检人群进行左侧前臂骨密度测定,进行非优势侧(左侧)前臂远端尺桡骨的BMD值测定,并分析其年龄分布,建立晋城地区健康人群前臂远端骨密度的峰值骨量和标准差值。骨质疏松的骨量诊断以骨量峰值的均数±标准差的形式建立,均数的计算采用三次方回归方程模型进行拟合。结果男、女性前臂骨的BMD值均符合正态分布,可采用均数±标准差(xˉ±s)的形式表示。40岁以前男、女性前臂骨的BMD值均随年龄增加而逐步上升,且各年龄段BMD值的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。45岁以后男、女性前臂骨的BMD值开始下降,且50岁以后下降明显(P<0.05)。男、女性前臂骨的骨量峰值均出现在41~45岁年龄段。男、女性前臂远端尺桡骨的骨量峰值及标准差分别为(0.5682±0.0647)g/cm2、(0.4209±0.0689)g/cm2。结论建立了晋城地区健康人群男、女性前臂骨的骨量峰值和标准差,为周围型双能X线骨密度仪测定并开展骨质疏松症的研究提供基础数据,尤其是用于高危人群筛查,以便确定是否需要进一步开展中轴骨测量或进行药物治疗。

简介:ObjectiveToanalyzethecharacteristicsofauditorybrainstemresponse(ABR)inpresbycusispatientsel-derthan90years.MethodsFourteenpresbycusispatientselderthan90years(presbycusisgroup,91.1.4±1.3years,26ears)and9normal-hearingyoungadults(controlgroup,22.7±1.2years,18ears)participatedinthestudy.Alternativeclick-evokedABRswererecordedinbothgroups.Thepeaklatency(PL)ofpeakI,Ⅲ,andV,andtheinter-peaklatency(IPI)ofI-Ⅲ,Ⅲ-V,andI-Vwerecomparedbetweengroups.ResultsInelderpresbycusispatients,theoccurrencerateofpeakIandⅢwereboth76.9%,andthatofpeakVwas84.6%.Inpresbycusisgroup,thepeaklatenciesofI,Ⅲ,Vweresignificantlylongerthanthatofcontrolgroup(P<0.001).TherewasnosignificantdifferencebetweengroupsintheIPIofpeakI-IⅢ(P=0.298,peakⅢ-V(P=0.254)andpeakI-V(P=0.364).ConclusionsAuditorybrainstemresponsesinpresbycusispa-tientselderthan90yearsshowedworsewavedifferentiation.

简介:目的探讨超声观察颅外段椎动脉峰值血流参数离散度对颈椎病的超声诊断价值.方法观察比较44例颈椎病共88条椎动脉和33例健康人共66条椎动脉之间收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、阻力指数(RI)、收缩期与舒张末期流速比(S/D),峰值流速离散度(PVD).应用受试者工作特径(ROC)曲线选取临界值.结果两组间PSV、S/D、PVD差异显著(P<0.01).以PVD7.85为诊断值,敏感性为83.7%,特异性72.9%.若以PVD值为10.2为诊断值,则敏感性为55.8%,特异性为100%.以S/D值2.5为诊断值,敏感性为83.7%,特异性62.5%.结论应用ROC曲线确定的PVD值与S/D值将有助于颈椎疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断.
简介:Alkalimetalhydroxideandhydridecompositesystemscontainbothprotic(HbondedwithO)andhydridichydrogen.Theinteractionofthesetwotypesofhydridesproduceshydrogen.Theenthalpyofdehydrogenationincreasedwiththeincreaseofatomicnumberofalkalimetals,i.e.,-23kJ/molH2forLiOH-LiH,55.34kJ/molH2forNaOH-NaHand222kJ/molH2forKOH-KH.Thesethermodynamiccalculationresultswereconsistentwithourexperimentalresults.H2wasreleasedfromLiOH-LiHsystemduringballmilling.ThedehydrogenationtemperatureofNaOH-NaHsystemwasabout150℃;whereasKOHandKHdidnotinteractwitheachotherduringtheheatingprocess.Instead,KHdecomposedbyitself.Inthesethreesystems,NaOH-NaHwastheonlyreversiblehydrogenstoragesystem,theenthalpyofdehydrogenationwasabout55.65kJ/molH2,andthecorrespondingentropywasca.101.23J/(molH2K),sothetemperatureforreleasing1.0barH2wasashighas518℃,showingunfavorablethermodynamicproperties.TheactivationenergyforhydrogendesorptionofNaOH-NaHwasfoundtobe57.87kJ/mol,showinggoodkineticproperties.
