简介：摘要目的探究中草药结合根面平整术治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效.方法选取２０１１年３月－２０１４年１０月来我院接受治疗的慢性牙周炎患者２００例作为本次的研究对象,按照随机分组法分为两组,分别为实验组与常规组,每组患者各１００例.常规组采取甲硝唑治疗,实验组采取中草药联合根面平整术治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果与症状好转情况.结果实验组牙龈出血(肿痛)、牙齿松动、牙周袋情况、咀嚼情况的好转率均明显高于常规组,比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P＜０．０５);实验组患者的总有效率为９５．０％,常规组为７６．０％,实验组的总有效率明显高于常规组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论对慢性牙周炎患者采用中草药联合根面平整术治疗的临床效果显著,患者临床症状得到明显改善,总有效率高,值得进一步推广并应用.关键词中草药;根面平整术;慢性牙周炎;疗效ThecurativeeffectofChineseherbalmedicinecombinedwithrootwithsmoothsurfaceforthetreatmentofchronicperiodontitisWangYin１WangRuiHua１WangChunCheng２(１thespacecenterhospitaldental１０００４９;２thesecondspacecenterhospitalclinic１０００３７)AbstractobjectivetoexploretheChineseherbalmedicinecombinedwithrootsmoothsurfacetreatmentandtheclinicalcurativeeffectofchronicperiodonＧtitis．MethodsselectioninMarch２０１１－inOctober２０１４toourhospitalfortreatmentof２００casesofpatientswithchronicperiodontitisastheresearchobject,accordingtotherandomgroupingmethodisdividedintotwogroups,experimentalgroupandroutinegroup,respectively,ineachgroupofpatientsin１００cases．Regulargrouptreatedwithmetronidazole,theexperimentalgrouptotakeChineseherbalmedicinecombinationforthetreatmentofrootsurfacesmooth,compareclinicaltherapeuticeffectsoftwogroupsofpatientswithsymptomsimproved．Resultstheexperimentalgroupbleedinggums(swelling),looseteeth,periodontalpocketsituation,chew,theweresignificantlyhigherthanthatofconventionalgroup,ismoresignificantdifference,statisticallysignificant(P＜０．０５);ExperiＧmentalgrouptotaleffectiverateofthepatientswas９５．０％,thenormalgroupwas７６．０％,totaleffectiverateofexperimentalgroupwasobviouslyhigherthanthatofconventionalgroup,comparedifferencesstatisticallysignificant(P＜０．０５)．ConclusiontheuseofChineseherbalmedicineinpatientswithchronicperiＧodontitiscombinedtreatmentofrootsurfacesmoothclinicaleffectisremarkable,significantimprovementinpatientswithclinicalsymptoms,totaleffectiverateishigh,isworthfurtherpromotionandapplication．KeywordsChineseherbalmedicine;Rootsurfacesmooth;Chronicperiodontitis;Thecurativeeffect中图分类号R２８２文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０３５２－０１
