简介:摘要 :本文提出了使用顶件加工细长轴时存在着刚性差 .易振动,车削时由于热变形伸长会使工件弯曲,加工时易产生“竹节形”等难题。通过使用拉紧夹具,使细长轴在车削时由两端向中间“顶”的轴向力改变为向两端拉的力,大大提高了细长轴加工刚性,避免了常规用一夹一顶装夹车削产生的各种弊病,再结和合理选用切削用量,解决了细长轴加工难题,提高了加工效率。
