简介：为考察模型在生物上的可靠性，从真实的蛋白质相互作用研究所报道的数据出发，选取合适的复制-变异的关键参数，依据复制-变异的建模思想，构建了酵母蛋白质相互作用网络模型。实证结果与目前得到认同的酵母蛋白质网络的稀疏性、无标度性和小世界性吻合。由此可知，复制-变异模型在蛋白质相互作用网络的演化模拟中是个可靠的模型。

简介：摘要：本研究对比了几种不同的非动物源蛋白胨和动物源蛋白胨对兽疫链球菌产透明质酸的影响。采用 3L六联发酵罐培养，对 4种非动物源蛋白胨及 2种动物源蛋白胨进行了对比研究。结果表明，非动物源蛋白胨 FP501能很好的对生产用的牛骨胨进行替换，发酵 18h，透明质酸产率能达到 9.55g/L，优于现在生产用的骨胨。
