简介：Theecologicalcivilizationhealthquotientindexisputforwardcombinedwiththe"healthquotient"concepttoevaluatethehealthstateofecologicalcivilization.Thispaperhasconstructedtheindexsystemofecologicalcivilizationhealthquotientandquantitativelygoteachindexproportionofthesystemwithapplicationofanalytichierarchyprocess(AHP).Thevalueofecologicalcivilizationhealthquotientindexiscalculatedwiththefuzzyanalysismethod.Thehealthstateofecologicalcivilizationisjudgedbythepositiveandnegativeecologicalcivilizationhealthquotientindex.Thispaperhasselectedthedatafrom2009to2013tocalculatethewholehealthstatusofecologicalcivilizationofourcountry.Theconclusionisthatourcountryhadtransformedfromtheunhealthystatus(ecologicalcivilizationhealthquotientindexis-0.133)intothesub-healthstate(ecologicalcivilizationhealthquotientindexis0.191,butitsinternalrulelayersarenegative)duringthefiveyears.WeshouldconstructtheecologicalcivilizationmainlyfromtwoaspectsofresourceconservationandecologicalbehaviorcivilizationinthefuturetobuildabeautifulChina.
