简介：永89-斜2-侧平1井位于东营地区靠近莱州湾方向，按照生产要求需要利用老井井口进行侧钻施工。钻井设计中计划在井深2235m处到2265m处将套管段铣开窗为之后的定向钻进创造条件。由于井眼小，泥浆设计密度高，井下情况变化等原因，该井在施工的过程中出现的一些复杂问题具有代表性。针对防卡防憋、提高铣速等技术难点进行技术分析，采取了一系列技术措施，通过优化钻进参数等方法，解决了铣进中的诸问题，以平均铣速0．42米／小时顺利完成段铣施工。
