  • 简介:TherearelargevolumesofthePhanerozoicgranitoidrocksinChinaandneighboringareas.Inrecentyears,numerousnewandpreciseU-Pbzirconageshavebeenpublishedforthesegranitoids,anddefinemanyimportantmagmaticevents,suchasca.500MagranitoideventsintheWestJunggar,AltaiorogensintheNWChina,andQinlingorogeninthecentralChina.TheseagesaccuratelyconstrainthetimeofimportantearlyPaleozoic,latePaleozoic,earlyMesozoicandlateMesozoicmagmaticeventsofthenorthern,central,western,southernandeasternorogenicMountainsinChina.ThereoccurvarioustypesofgranitoidsinChina,suchastalc-alkalinegranite,alkaligranite,highly-fractionatedgranite,leucogranite,adakite,andrapakivigranite.RapakivigranitesarenotonlytypicalProterozoicasintheNorthChinaCraton,butwerealsoemplacedduringPaleozoicandMesozoicintheKunlun-Qinlingorogen,apartoftheChinaCentralOrogenicBelt(CCOB).Nd-HfisotopictracingandmappingshowthatgranitoidsinthesouthernCentralAsianOrogenicBelt(CAOB)inChina(ortheNorthernChinaOrogenicBelt)arecharacterizedpredominantlybyjuvenilesources.Thejuvenilecrustinthisorogenicdomainaccountsforover50%byarea,distinguishingitfromotherorogenicbeltsintheworld,andthoseincentral(e.g.,Qinling),southwestemandeasternChina.Basedonalargeamountofnewagedata,apreliminarygranitoidandgranitoid-tectonicmapsofChinahavebeenpreliminarilycompiled,andanevolutionaryframeworkofPhanerozoicgranitoidsinChinaandneighboringareashasbeenestablishedfromtheviewofassemblyandbreakupofcontinentalblocks.Researchideasongranitoidtectonicshasalsobeenproposedanddiscussed.

  • 简介:SomeAudepositsinsouthernAnhuiProvincehaverecentlybeenfoundtobecloselyassociatedwithLateMesozoicintrusions.TypicalexamplesincludetheHua-shahAu(Sb)depositandAudepositsatZhaojialing,Wuxi,andLiaojia.InordertounderstandthemechanismsthatledtheformationoftheseAudeposits,wemakedetailedreviewsonthegeologicalcharacteristicsoftheseAudeposits.Specifically,wepresentnewLA-ICP-MSzirconU-Pbdating,alongwithelementalandHfisotopicdatafromtheHuashanAu(Sb)deposit.OurdatasuggeststhattheHuashanore-relatedintrusionswereemplacedduringtheLateJurassicandEarlyCretaceousperiods(144-148Ma).Theyarecharacterizedbyarc-magmafea-turesandhighoxygenfugacityandarerichininheritedzircons.ZirconU-PbagesandLu-HfisotopesfromintrusionssuggestthatProterozoicjuvenilelithosphereisthemainsourceoftheseintrusions.TheregionalgeologicalhistoryimpliesthatlithospherebeneathsouthernAnhuiwasproducedduringaProterozoicsubductionandwasfertilizedwithAu(Cu)intheprocess.Integratedwiththeresultsofpreviousstudies,weinferredthatLateMesozoicintrusionsformedbytheremeltingofthelithospherecouldprovidethemetalendowmentfortheAu-richdepositsinsouthernAnhui.
