简介:众所周知,地球是我们赖以生存的唯一星球,但随着人类活动领域的扩展,地球的环境已遭到一定程度的破坏.造成地球环境恶化的一个重要原因就是向大气中排放的二氧化碳的逐年增加.减少二氧化碳的排放,“低碳环保”已成为世界各国的共识.我们的教学活动也会产生二氧化碳,车身修复实训教学活动甚至还会排放一些有毒化学物质.车身修复的两大主要模块是钣金和涂装,钣金时所使用的二氧化碳气体保护焊,会导致过量二氧化碳的排放.涂装的喷漆、施涂原子灰等工序都会向大气中排放有害气体物质.如何减少这些有害物质的排放,是我们在实训教学过程中应加以重视并加以解决的.本人结合多年来的教学工作,总结了以下方法,希望能对从事这方面工作的同行有所帮助.
