简介：Asadepositiontechnology,gasmetalarcwelding(GMAW)hasshownnewpromiseforrapidprototypingofmetallicparts.DuringtheprocessofmetalformingusingthearcofGMAW,lowheatinputandstabledroplettransitionarecriticaltohighqualityfiguration.TheeffectsofvariousprocessingparametersonfigurationqualitywerestudiedintheexperimentofGMAWrapidprototypingusingthewireofER50-6,includingweldingvoltage,wirefeedingrate,weldingspeedandsoon.TheoptimalparametersforER50-6areobtained.Simultaneously,itisverifiedthattherapidprototypingpartswithfavorablestructuresandqualitycanbeachievedundertheconditionsoflowheatinputandstabledroplettransition.
