  • 简介:Insomesteelmakingworkshops,theexistedinherentweaknessesoftraditionalcarboncontainingbrickworkinglining,suchasjointopening,verticalcrackingoflining,andexcessiveerosionofbrickedge,madeithardtosatisfythedemandsofadvancedsteelproduction.Anew-typecarbonfreecorundumspinelbrickandcastableweredevelopedbasedonthematrixoptimizedanalysis,successfullyappliedforultra-lowcarbonsteelproduction.Theadvantagesofthenewlydevelopedcarbonfreeworkingliningaremainlyasfollows:1)theinherentweaknessesofjointopening,verticalcrackingoflining,excessiveerosionofbrickedge,etc.aresurmountedsuccessfully,whichimprovestheoperationalsafetyofladles;2)theoutertemperatureoftheladleshelldecreasesby45-50℃comparedwiththatofthetraditionalcarboncontainingbricklining;3)theservicelifeofnew-typeworkingliningis150-170heats,nearlydoublingthatofthetraditionalcarboncontainingbricklining;thespecificconsumptionofrefractoriespertonsteeldecreasesbyabout20%;4)thecarbonpickupofmoltensteelisnotobviouswhichismerely5-10ppm,whichsatisfiesthedemandsoflow&ultralowcarbonsteelproduction.
