简介：　　 [摘要 ]目的 探讨颈椎间盘置换联合颈前路融合手术治疗三节段颈椎病的临床效果。方法 选取 2018年 5月～ 2019年 4月我院收治的 58例三节段颈椎病患者，依照入院单双次序分为对照组（ n=29）与观察组（ n=29）。对照组行颈椎间盘置换术治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上行颈前路融合手术治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组的临床治疗优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。两组治疗后的 JOA、 NDI以及 Nurick评分优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05），观察组治疗后的 JOA、 NDI以及 Nurick评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 颈椎间盘置换联合颈前路融合手术治疗三节段颈椎病效果显著，可在临床治疗中大力推广。  　　 [关键词 ]颈椎间盘置换；颈前路融合；三节段颈椎病；生活质量  　　 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cervical disc replacement combined with anterior cervical fusion in the treatment of three level cervical spondylosis. Methods from May 2018 to April 2019, 58 patients with cervical spondylosis of three segments were divided into control group (n = 29) and observation group (n = 29). The control group was treated with cervical disc replacement, and the observation group was treated with anterior cervical fusion on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results the excellent rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The JOA, NDI and Nurick scores of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The JOA, NDI and Nurick scores of the observation group after treatment were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion cervical disc replacement combined with anterior cervical fusion is effective in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of three segments, which can be widely used in clinical treatment.
