简介:Roboticgasmetalarcwelding(GMAW)experimentswereconductedusinganERTOS-1electrodewithAr+10%CO_2shieldinggas,andtheweldingcurrentandarcvoltagesignalswerecollectedbyadataacquisitionsystem.TheboundariesbetweenglobulartransferandspraytransferintermsoftheweldingcurrentandarcvoltageweredeterminedaccordingtothewaveformofelectricsignalsandtheFouriertransformresultsofarcvoltage.Theoptimumweldingparametersforthetwotransfermodeswereobtained,whichlaidafoundationforthenumericalsimulationandcontrolofGMAWprocess.
