简介：　　【摘要】 目的：研究分析阴道彩超检查对于提高治疗瘢痕子宫瘢痕妊娠的重要意义。方法：此次研究的对象是选择 2014年 3月 -2016年 5月本院收治的 82例剖宫产产后瘢痕妊娠患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为两组，观察组 42例进行阴道彩超检查，对照组 40例进行腹部彩超检查。比较两组诊断符合率。结果：观察组诊断符合率 95.24%（ 40/42），高于对照组的 67.50%（ 27/40），两组比较差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）；观察组漏诊率 2.38%（ 1/42）低于对照组的 12.50%（ 5/40）。结论：经阴道多普勒彩超的检查能够准确的定位瘢痕妊娠的手术部位，在临床上具有重要意义，值得推广。  

简介：【摘要】目的 探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者运用超声心动图检查的临床效果。方法 选择 2018年 1月～ 2019年 1月期间我院收治的 60例妊娠期高血压疾病患者为研究对象，根据疾病类型将其分为三组，均行超声心动图检查，比较三组检查结果。结果 ①心脏形态。 C组的 LAD和 LVDd水平均高于 A组和 B组（ P<0.05），但是三组的 IVSTd比较无差异（ P>0.05） ;②心功能。 A组和 B组的 EF、 E水平均高于 C组（ P<0.05），但是 A、 E/A对比无区别（ P>0.05）。结论 通过给予妊娠期高血压疾病患者超声心动图检查，有助于评估患者心功能。  　　【关键词】超声心动图 ;心脏功能 ;心脏形态 ;妊娠期高血压  　 Objective to investigate the clinical effect of echocardiography in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods 60 cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the types of diseases, they were divided into three groups. All patients underwent echocardiography, and the examination results of the three groups were compared. Results ① cardiac morphology. Lad and LVDD in group C were higher than those in group A and group B (P < 0.05), but there was no difference in ivstd among the three groups (P > 0.05); ② cardiac function. The levels of EF and E in group A and group B were higher than those in group C (P < 0.05), but there was no difference between group A and E / a (P > 0.05). Conclusion echocardiography is helpful to evaluate cardiac function in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
