摘要
Abstract:Inordertounderstandtheeffectofthesolidificationstructureontheformabilityofultralowcarbonferriticstainlesssteel(FSS),thisworkstudiestheridgingphenomenonandthedeep-drawingpropertyindetailandtheresearchmethodwasX-raydiffraction(XRD)andscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM)technique.Theresultshowsthatthecolumnargrainspecimenhadahigherridgingheightthantheequiaxedgrainspecimen,whichwasmainlyattributedtotheformationofgraincoloniesinthecolumnargrainspecimen.Afterfinalrecrystallizationannealing,theequiaxedgrainspecimenobtainedahigh-intensityγ-fibertextureandanexcellentdeep-drawingproperty.
