摘要 Thefirstdomestically-integratedlarge-scaleairseparationunit(ASU)withacapacityof60000m3/hwassuccessfullybuiltandputintooperationatBaosteel.Comparedwiththeelectricaldesignoftheimportedequipmentofthesametype,thisASUhasanelectricalprotectioninterlinkthatisindependentfromthedistributioncontrolsystem(DCS).Withthedesignideaofsimplicity,theASUfeaturesasimplifiedconfigurationandanaudioalarmsystemforelectricalfailures.Ithelpsreducethefailurerateoftheelectricalequipmentanddetectfailuresquicklyandaccurately.Itwilleffectivelyenhancesafeandstabilizedproduction.TheASUcannotonlyreducethecostofinvestment,butalsoensureasmoothandstablerunningofthewholeelectricalequipment.Thisstudyfocusesontheexperienceandunderstandingoftheunitdesignandcommissioning.
