Simutaneous radar imaging and velocity measuring with step frequency waveforms

摘要 Theprincipleandmethodofbothradartargetimagingandvelocitymeasurementsimultaneouslybasedonstepfrequencywaveformsispresented.VelocitycompensationisnecessaryinordertoobtainthegoodHighresolutionrangeprofilesincethiswaveformisgreatlysensitivetotheDopplershift.Thevelocitymeasurementperformanceofthefourstylesisanalyzedwithtwopulsetrainsconsistedofpositiveandnegativestepfrequencywaveforms.Thevelocityoftargetscanbeestimatedfirstcoarselybyusingthepulsetrainswithpositive-positivestepfrequencycombination,andthenfinebypositive-negativecombination.Simulationresultsindicatethatthemethodcanaccomplishtheaccurateestimationofthevelocitywithefficientcomputationandgoodanti-noiseperformanceandobtainthegoodHRRPsimultaneously.
