摘要 Reachabilityisakeycriterioninmaintenancedesign,andhumanarmisthemainobjectinreachabilityanalysis.Thehumanarm'sDOFisreduced,andapplyingmilitarystandardsandhumanphysiologicalconstraints,thesimplifiedarmmodelof7-DOFusingD-Hmethodisbuiltup.ParticleSwarmOptimization(PSO)isusedtoacquiretheshoulder,armandhandposturewithadaptivefitnessfunction.Adetailedreachabilityanalysisisaccomplishedfordisassemblingtheboltsfromcrankshaftisgivenasanexampletovalidatethefeasibilityofusingreachabilityanalysisonmaintenancedesign.
