摘要 Theeffectofsolidificationrateonthemicrostructuredevelopmentofnickel-basedsuperalloyunderthetemperaturegradientof500K·cm-1wasstudied.Theresultsshowthat,withtheincreaseofdirectionalsolidificationratefrom50to800μm·s-1,boththeprimaryandthesecondarydendritearmspacingsofthealloydecreasegradually,andthedendritemorphologiestransformfromcoarsedendritetosuperfinedendrite.Thesizesofallprecipitatesinthesuperalloydecreasegradually.Themorphologyof...
