Studies on Antineoplastic Constituents from Marine Bryozoan Bugula neritina Inhabiting South China Sea (Ⅲ): Isolation and Structural Elucidation of Bryostatins 10, 11 and 18-中国期刊网

摘要 SixactivecompoundsareisolatedfromthemarinebryozoanBugulaneritina,inhabitingtheNanwanBayintheSouthChinaSea,usingthebioassay-guidedmethodwithacombinationofextractionandpartitionationwithsuitablesolventsaswellasmultiplecolumnchromatographies(SephadexLH-20,ODSandpreparativeHPLC).Theirstructuresareidentifiedasknownbryostatins-bryostatins4,5,6,10,11and18throughintensiveanalysisofthedataofhighresolution2DNMR(600MHz,DQF-COSY,TOCSY,HMQCandROESY)andESI-MS.Amongthem,bryostatins10,11and18areforthefirsttimeobtainedfromthisbryozoanintheSouthChinaSeaandtheyshowsignificantantineoplasticactivitiesinvitro.
