摘要 Asensingsystemisdevelopedtomeasuretheweldpoolboundaryandpoolsurfacedeformationingastungstenarcwelding.LaserStrobetechniqueisusedtoeliminatethestrongarclightinterference,andspecularreflectionfromthepoolsurfaceissensedtodescribetherelationbetweenthedeformedstripesandpoolsurfacedepression.Clearimagesofboththepoolboundaryandthedeformedstripesedgesareobtainedduringgastungstenarcweldingprocess,whichlaysfoundationforreal-timemonitoringthepoolsurfacedepressionandweldpenetration.
