摘要
【摘 要】目的：探究预见性告知护理在突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者中的应用临床研究。方法：选取 2018年 1月至 2019年 12月在我院治疗的突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者 72例，观察组及对照组，两组各 36例。采取预见性告知护理措施的是观察组，采取常规护理的是对照组。对比两组 SAS 量表评分及临床护理满意度。结果：相较于对照组 28例（ 77.78%），观察组的总护理满意度 35例（ 97.22%）更優（ P<0.05）；护理前两组 SAS评分对比差异不显著（ P>0.05）；护理后，观察组的评分优于对照组，两组对比差异显著（ P<0.05）。结论：针对突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者，采用预见性告知护理具有较好的护理效果，可有效改善患者焦虑情绪和生活质量，加快其康复速度，具有临床应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the application of predictive informing nursing in patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus. Methods: 72 cases of sudden deafness with tinnitus were selected from January 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital, 36 cases in the observation group and 36 cases in the control group. The observation group was given predictive nursing measures, while the control group was given routine nursing care. SAS scale score and clinical nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with 28 cases (77.78%) in the control group, the total nursing satisfaction of 35 cases (97.22%) in the observation group was better (P < 0.05); there was no significant difference in SAS score between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05); after nursing, the score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus, using predictive informing nursing has good nursing effect, can effectively improve the anxiety and quality of life of patients, accelerate the recovery speed, and has clinical application value.
