摘要
【摘 要】 目的探讨胸腔手术后胸腔闭式引流管的护理措施。方法：对 198例开胸手术患者放置的胸腔闭式引流管进行精心细致的护理。结果： 198例患者经精心细致的护理，均按时拔管，康复出院。结论：术后加强引流管的护理、引流液的观察，保持引流管固定畅通，防止感染，是保证置管引流成功、促进患者康复的重要措施。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing measures of closed thoracic drainage tube after thoracic surgery. Methods: 198 cases of thoracic closed drainage tube placed in thoracotomy were carefully and carefully nursed. Results: after careful nursing, 198 patients were discharged on time. Conclusion: it is an important measure to ensure the success of drainage and promote the rehabilitation of patients to strengthen the nursing of drainage tube and the observation of drainage fluid, keep the fixation of drainage tube unblocked and prevent infection.
