摘要
【摘要】目的：研究分析宫颈环形电切术治疗慢性宫颈炎的护理要点。方法：此次研究的对象是选择本院 2018年 1月— 2019年 1月收治行宫颈环形电切术的慢性宫颈炎患者 62例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并就患者围手术期的护理要点展开分析。结果： 62例慢性宫颈炎患者均在围手术期给予优质、全面的护理指导，术后 6个月复查痊愈 52例（ 83.87%），有效 7例（ 11.29%），总有效率高达 95.16%，另 3例（ 4.84%）患者复发后再次手术得到治愈。结论：慢性宫颈炎患者行宫颈环形电切术治疗时，于围手术期给予优质护理指导，可提高治疗效果、缩短恢复时间，减轻不良反应，值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the key points of nursing in the treatment of chronic cervicitis by circular electrotomy of cervix. Methods: 62 patients with chronic cervicitis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected for this study. Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively, and the key points of perioperative nursing were analyzed. Results: 62 cases of chronic cervicitis were given high-quality and comprehensive nursing guidance in the perioperative period. 52 cases (83.87%) were recovered in 6 months after operation, 7 cases (11.29%) were effective, and the total effective rate was 95.16%. The other 3 cases (4.84%) were cured by reoperation after recurrence. Conclusion: when the patients with chronic cervicitis are treated by cervical circumcision, the high-quality nursing guidance in the perioperative period can improve the treatment effect, shorten the recovery time and reduce the adverse reactions, which is worth popularizing.
