探讨急性心梗患者急诊护理效果观察

　　【摘要】目的 探讨并分析急性心梗常出现的症状以及常用急救方法，以及急救之后医学护理方法。方法 此次研究的对象是选择我院 124例心肌梗患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并通过调查研究病患心肌梗的症状，以及发病时常用的急救方法，经过急救后，医疗护理的水平是患者康复的关键。结果结论 治疗组和观察组患者的合格率据超过 90%，达到统计学分析要求；治疗组的护理满意度 96.77%，观察组仅为 85%左右；并发症发病率调查结果治疗组患者仅为发病率为 4.83%，观察组发病率为 9.68%。结论：记性心梗患者急诊护理需要及时的急救和优质的护理措施。  　　【关键词】急性心梗；急诊护理；效果观察  Objective to explore and analyze the frequently occurring symptoms of acute myocardial infarction and the commonly used first aid methods, as well as the medical nursing methods after emergency treatment. Methods the objective of this study was to select 124 cases of myocardial infarction in our hospital, to review the clinical data and to investigate the symptoms of myocardial infarction and the first aid methods. After first aid, the level of medical care is the key to the rehabilitation of the patients. Results the qualified rate of the patients in the treatment group and the observation group was more than 90%, which reached the requirements of statistical analysis; the nursing satisfaction of the treatment group was 96.77% and the observation group was only 85%. The incidence of complications in the treatment group was only 4.83% and the incidence rate of the observation group was 9.68%. Conclusion: emergency nursing for patients with myocardial infarction requires prompt first aid and high quality nursing measures.
