摘要
【摘要】 目的 研究糖尿病合并肺脓肿患者的临床护理方法及效果。方法 60例糖尿病合并肺脓肿患者作为研究对象， 按照护理方法的不同分为对照组及观察组， 各 30例。对照组实施常规护理措施， 观察组在常规护理措施的基础上增加强化护理措施。比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果 观察组患者护理满意度为 96.7%， 对照组患者护理满意度为 80.0%， 观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义 （ P<0.05）。结论 对于糖尿病合并肺脓肿患者实施强化护理措施， 有助于保证临床治疗效果， 提升临床护理服务质量， 值得在临床上进行推广使用。

[abstract] Objective To study the clinical nursing methods and effects of diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary abscess. Methods 60 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary abscess were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing measures, while the observation group was given intensive nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing measures. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.7%, and that of patients in the control group was 80.0%. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening nursing measures for diabetic patients with pulmonary abscess is helpful to ensure the clinical therapeutic effect and improve the quality of clinical nursing service, which is worthy of clinical application.
