摘要
摘要药物仍是治疗疼痛的主要手段,如何正确掌握镇痛药物的使用方法是提高疼痛患者生活质量的重要环节之一.虽然用药规范化已经取得很多重要进展,镇痛药物应用从类型、品种、剂型和给药途径方面渐趋合理,可以使大多数疼痛患者的症状得到明显缓解.应该积极倡导对疼痛进行规范化的药物镇痛治疗.其中采用“三阶梯”镇痛治疗方案可以避免非甾体类抗炎镇痛药过量服用,也可减少阿片类镇痛药的滥用和依赖问题.关键词镇痛药物;非甾体类药物;规范化AbstractThemainmeansofdrugsisthetreatmentofpain,howtomasterthecorrectusageofanalgesicdrugistoimprovethequalityoflifeofpatientswithpainisoneofthemostimportantparts．Althoughmuchimportantprogresshasbeenmadeinthestandardizationoftreatment,applicationofanalgesicdrugsfromthetypes,varieties,formsandtorouteofadministrationgraduallyhastenisreasonablecansignificantlyalleviatethesymptomsofpaininthemajorityofpaＧtients．Shouldactivelypromotethestandardizationofpainmedicationanalgesictreatment．Thethreeladderanalgesicregimencanavoidnonsteroidalanti－inflamＧmatoryandanalgesicdrugoverdose,canalsoreduceopioidanalgesicsabuseanddependence．KeywordsAnalgesics;nonsteroidaldrugs;standardization中图分类号R９７１文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１５１９－０２
