摘要
ChengandChurchalgorithmisanimportantapproachinbiclusteringalgorithms.Inthispaper,theprocessoftheextendedspaceinthesecondstageofChengandChurchalgorithmisimprovedandtheselectionsoftwoimportantparametersarediscussed.Theresultsoftheimprovedalgorithmusedinthegeneexpressionspectrumanalysisshowthat,comparedwithChengandChurchalgorithm,thequalityofclusteringresultsisenhancedobviously,theminingexpressionmodelsarebetter,andthedatapossessastrongconsistencywithfluctuationontheconditionwhilethecomputationaltimedoesnotincreasesignificantly.
