An Improved Biclustering Algorithm and Its Application to Gene Expression Spectrum Analysis-中国期刊网

摘要 ChengandChurchalgorithmisanimportantapproachinbiclusteringalgorithms.Inthispaper,theprocessoftheextendedspaceinthesecondstageofChengandChurchalgorithmisimprovedandtheselectionsoftwoimportantparametersarediscussed.Theresultsoftheimprovedalgorithmusedinthegeneexpressionspectrumanalysisshowthat,comparedwithChengandChurchalgorithm,thequalityofclusteringresultsisenhancedobviously,theminingexpressionmodelsarebetter,andthedatapossessastrongconsistencywithfluctuationontheconditionwhilethecomputationaltimedoesnotincreasesignificantly.
