摘要
摘要目的研究并分析急诊内科抢救昏迷患者临床诊断与治疗方法.方法选择我院２０１１年１月至２０１４年１２月收治的１８５例急诊内科昏迷患者作为研究对象,通过回顾性研究法分析其临床资料.结果１８５例昏迷患者中因糖尿病及糖尿病并发症造成昏迷者占３０．２７％,因中毒造成昏迷者占２４．８６％,因心脑血管疾病导致昏迷者占２９．７３％,因溺水、外伤或其他原因造成昏迷者占１５．１４％.昏迷患者经急诊内科抢救治疗,有效率为８９．１９％,死亡率为１０．８１％.结论对昏迷患者症状进行详细观察与判断,分析出昏迷原因,并对昏迷患者实施安全有效的抢救措施,从而提高治疗有效率,保障患者生命安全.关键词急诊内科;昏迷患者;临床诊断与治疗;效果AbstractObjectiveResearchandanalysisofemergencymedicalrescuecomapatientsclinicaldiagnosisandtreatmentmethods．MethodsChoosethehospiＧtalbetweenJanuary２０１１andDecember２０１４treated１８５casesofemergencymedicalcomapatientsastheresearchobject,througharetrospectivemethodtoanaＧlyzeitsclinicaldata．ResultsIn１８５patientswithcomacausedbycomplicationsfromdiabetesanddiabeticcomais３０．２７％,comacausedbypoisoningis２４．８６％,comacausedbydiseaseofheartheadblood－vesselis２９．７３％,comacausedbydrowning,trauma,orotherperson(１５．１４％)．comapatientsbyemergencymedicalrescue,theeffectiveratewas８９．１９％,themortalitywas１０．８１％．Conclusionsymptomsinpatientswithcomadetailedobservationandjudgment,thispaperanalyＧzestheKeryeawsoonrdssofthecoma,andasafeandeffectiverescuemeasuresinpatientswithcoma,toimprovethetreatmentefficiency,toensurethesafetyofpatientslife．Emergencymedical;Comapatients;Theclinicaldiagnosisandtreatment;Theeffect中图分类号R４５９．７文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０１６９－０２
