摘要 Amethodforrapiddeterminationofsiliconcontentinricewasintroduced.Thereliabilityofthismethodwasverifiedbyusingarecombinantinbredline(RIL)populationofricecrossZhenshan97B/Milyang46.Twohundredandforty-nineRILsweretransplantedintworeplications.Simplecorrelationcoefficientsonthesiliconcontentinthehull,flagleafandsteminricebetweenduplicatesamplesof498ricematerialswere0.97954,0.97026and0.98848,respectively.Tenrepresentativesampleswereselectedformeasurementusingthehigh-temperaturealkalinefusionmethod.Simplecorrelationcoefficientbetweenthesiliconcontentsdeterminedbythehigh-temperaturealkalinefusionmethodandbythepresentmethodis0.9993.
