应用ATP荧光检测法监测ICU床单元区域消毒的研究

摘要目的通过比较ATP荧光检测法和实验室细菌计数法监测ICU床单元区域消毒后的治疗台、监护仪、病床的表面细菌结果,探讨ATP荧光检测法用于ICU床单元区域消毒监测的可行性.方法采用ATP荧光检测法和实验室细菌计数法检测ICU床单元区域消毒后的治疗台、监护仪、病床的表面细菌.结果ATP荧光检测法监测治疗台、监护仪、病床的合格率分别为８０％,７６％,６６％.实验室细菌计数法监测治疗台、监护仪、病床的合格率分别为８８％,８０％,７８％.结论ATP荧光检测法可用于ICU床单元区域消毒后的表面细菌的监测.关键词ATP荧光检测法;ICU;床单元;消毒AbstractObjectivebycomparingtheATPfluorescenceassaybacteriacountingmethodandlaboratorymonitoringICUbedsheetsyuanareaafterdisinfecＧtiontreatmentunit,monitor,andthebedsurfacebacteriaasaresult,thestudyATPfluorescenceassayfordisinfectionmonitoring,thefeasibilityofICUbedsheetsyuanarea．MethodsusingATPfluorescencetestandlaboratorymethodtodetectthebacterialcountofICUbedsheetsyuanareaafterdisinfectiontreatmentunit,monitor,andthebedsurfacebacteria．ResultsATPfluorescencetestmonitoringplatform,themonitor,thebedofqualifiedratewas８０％,７６％,６６％．LaＧboratorybacteriacountingmethodmonitorstation,monitor,bedqualifiedratewas８８％,８０％,７８％．ConclusionATPfluorescenceassaycanbeusedintheICUbedsheetsyuanareaofthesurfaceofthebacteriaafterdisinfectionmonitoring．KeywordsATPfluorescenceassay;ICU;Thesheetsyuan;Disinfection中图分类号R３１９文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０７７４－０２
