摘要
摘要目的比较分析疏血通注射液与丹红注射液对缺血性脑卒中的治疗效果.方法将９６例缺血性脑卒中患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组４８例.结果观察组总有效率为９５．８３％,对照组总有效率为７９．１６％(P＜０．０５);观察组和对照组治疗后的sss、BI均有所改善(P＜０．０５),但观察组的改善程度优于对照组(P＜０．０５);两组的肝、肾功能和不良反应率不存在统计学差异(P＞０．０５).结论疏血通注射液治疗脑梗塞效果显著.关键词脑梗塞;疏血通注射液;丹红注射液;效果ComparingShuXieTonginjectionandDanredinjectionforthetreatmentofischemiccerebralapoplexyChangSiPengWangYanQiang(Shancountyinshandongprovinceuniversityhospitalin２７４３００AbstractObjectiveTocomparethetherapeuticeffectofShuxuetonginjectionandDanhongInjectiononcerebralischemicstroke．Methods９６casesofischeＧmicstrokeweredividedintoobservationgroupandcontrolgroup,４８casesineachgroup．Resultsthetotaleffectiveratewas９５．８３％intheobservationgroupand７９．１６％incontrolgroup(P＜０．０５)．TheSSSandBIintheobservationgroupandcontrolgroupwereimprovedsignificantly(P＜０．０５),buttheimprovementoftheobservationgroupwasbetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P＜０．０５),andtherewasnosignificantdifferencebetweenthe０．０５groups(P＞two)．ConclusiontheeffectKofeyShwuoxrdusetonginjectionintreatmentofcerebralinfarction．cerebralinfarction;Shuxuetonginjection;Danhonginjection;effect中图分类号R７４３．３文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１２８４－０２
