Second-Order Solutions for Random lnterfacial Waves Under Steady Uniform Currents-中国期刊网

摘要 Inthepresentresearch,thestudyofSong(2004)forrandominterracialwavesintwo-layerfluidisextendedtothecaseoffluidsmovingatdifferentsteadyuniformspeeds.Theequationsdescribingtherandomdisplacementsofthedensityinterfaceandtheassociatedvelocitypotentialsintwo-layerfluidaresolvedtothesecondorder,andthewave-waveinteractionsofthewavecomponentsandtheinteractionsbetweenthewavesandcurrentsaredescribed.Asexpected,theextendedsolutionsincludethoseobtainedbySong(2004)asonespecialcasewherethesteadyuniformcurrentsofthetwofluidsaretakenaszero,andthesolutionsreducetothosederivedbySharmaandDean(1979)forrandomsurfacewavesifthedensityoftheupperfluidandthecurrentofthelowerfluidarebothtakenaszero.
