摘要
摘要目的探讨PTEN和E－cadherin在乳腺癌组织中表达与临床各病理特征的关系.方法采用免疫组化S－P法分别对７２例乳腺癌组织中PTEN和E－cadherin蛋白的表达水平进行检测,结合临床病理资料进行统计学分析.结果(１)PTEN低表达与组织学分级、腋窝淋巴结转移、ER阴性表达密切相关(P＜０．０５).(２)E－cadherin在乳腺癌组织中表达与乳腺癌组织学分级、ER、HER－２有关(P＜０．０５).(３)经Spearman相关性检验分析示PTEN表达与E－cadherin表达呈正相关(r＝－０．２４５,p＜０．０５).结论(１)PTEN蛋白的表达缺失可能在ER阴性乳腺癌特别是basal－like(三阴)型乳腺癌中的发生、发展有重要作用.(２)E－cadherin可能是乳腺癌一个独立的预后因素.关键词乳腺癌,PTEN,E－cadherin,免疫组化,分子分型ExpressionandclinicalsignificanceofPTENandE－cadherininthemolecularsubtypesbreastcancerANWen,YUNLi－feng．DepartmentofOncologySurgery,CenＧtralHospitalofUlanqab,Ulanqab０１２０００,chinaAbstractObjectiveTodiscussPTENandE－cadherininbreastcancertissuestherelationshipbetweentheexpressionandclinicalpathologicalfeatures;．MethodsBySPimmunohistochemicalmethodtodetecttheexpressionlevelsofPTENandE－cadherinin７２casesofbreastcancer,combinedwithclinicalandpathologicalfeatureswereanalyzed．Results(１)PTENlowexpressionwithhistologicalgrade,axillarylymphnodemetastasisandtheexpressionofER－negative(P＜０．０５)．(２)E－cadherinexpressionandhistologicgrade,ER,HER－２related(P＜０．０５)．(３)TheSpearmancorrelationtestanalysisfoundthatPTENexpressionofEcadherinexpressionwaspositivelycorrelated(r＝－０．２４５,p＜０．０５)．Conclusion(１)LossofexpressionofPTENproteinmayespeciallybasal－like(triple－negative)breastcancerintheoccurrenceanddevelopmenthasanimportantroleinER－negativebreastcancer．(２)E－cadherinmaybeanindependentprognosticfactorinbreastcancer．KeywordsBreastcancer,PTEN,E－cadherin,immunohistochemistry,molecularsubtypes中图分类号R７３７．９文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０２６５－０２
