摘要
摘要目的针对手术急诊患者使用优质护理产生的生理和心理影响.方法选择我科２０１４年１月至１０月收治的１２４例急诊手术患者,随机分为A、B两组,A组使用常规护理,B组使用优质护理,对比两组心理和生理方面的改变情况,比较两组护理的满意程度.结果术后全部患者的生理与心理状况都得到明显好转(P＜０．０５),B组的表现明显优于A组(P＜０．０５),B组患者对护理的满意程度也比A组好(P＜０．０５),对比均有统计学意义.结论针对手术急诊患者使用优质护理,可以让患者的心理和生理情况好转,患者满意,可在临床推广.关键词优质护理;常规护理;急诊手术TheanalysisofqualitynursingforphysiologyandpsychologyemergencypatientsZhaoYan－LingAbstractobjectiveTodiscusstheeffectofqualitynursingforphysiologyandpsychologyemergencypatients．MethodsChoosed１２４casesofemergencypatientsfromJan．toOct．in２０１４todivideintoAandBgroup．TheAgroupweretreatedwithcommonnursing,theBgroupweretreatedwithqualitynursing．Comparedthephysiologyandpsychologyemergencypatientsandsatisfactionrateofthesetwogroups．ResultsThephysiologyandpsychologyandsatisfactionrateofAgroupwerebetterthancontrolledgroup(p＜０．０５)．ConclusionTreatingemergencypatientswithphysiologyandpsychologyiseffectivetoextendinclinic．Keywordsqualitynursing,emergency,nursing中图分类号R４７文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０９７１－０１
