摘要
Basedonanalysisofnearinfraredspectralabsorptionofmethane,absorptiontypeopticalfibermethanegassensorwithhighsensitivityusingDFBLDasasourceisdemonstrated.Lightsourcemodulationharmonicmeasurementispresentedinthispaper.Inordertoeliminatethenoise,theratioofthefundamentalandsecond-harmonicsignalsisused.Themathematicalmodelofgasconcentrationharmonicmeasurementisbuiltup.Thedetectionresultofmethaneconcentrationisalsoshown.Experimentshaveprovedasensitivityof28×10-6.
