Spontaneous fungal peritonitis: Epidemiology, current evidence and future prospective-中国期刊网

摘要 Spontaneousbacterialperitonitisisacomplicationofasciticpatientswithend-stageliverdisease(ESLD);spontaneousfungalperitonitis(SFP)isacomplicationofESLDlessknownanddescribed.ESLDisassociatedtoimmunodepressionandtheresultingincreasedsusceptibilitytoinfections.RecentperspectivesofthemanagementofthecriticallyillpatientwithESLDdonotspecifytherateofisolationoffungiincriticallyillpatients,noteventheantifungalsusedfortheprophylaxis,neitheroptimaltreatment.Wereviewed,inordertofocustheepidemiology,characteristics,and,consideringthehighmortalityrateofSFP,theuseofoptimalempiricalantifungaltherapythecurrentliterature.
