摘要
Fromtheperspectiveofcarbondisclosuregoal,thepaperdefinedthedetailtypesofcontentsaboutcarboninformationdisclosure,thenconstructedthecarboninformationdisclosureindex,byusingtheindicesto2011annualreportofA-sharelistedcompaniesinShanghaiandShenzhenSecurityExchange,wefoundthatChineseenterprises’carbondisclosurescattered,industrystructurequitedifferentcharacteristics,quantityinformationandqualityinformationasymmetry.
