摘要 Anewtypeoffiberopticglucosebiosensorbasedonfluorescencequenchinghasbeendesignedanditspropertieshavebeenstudied.Glucosecanbeoxidizedbyoxygenwhenglucoseoxidaseareusedasthecatalyst,therefore,theconcentrationofglucosecanbemeasuredbydetectingtheconsumptionofoxygen.Forthedetectionofoxygenconcentration,theruthenium(Ⅱ)complex,Ru(bpy)3Cl2,wereusedasthefluorescenceindicatoranditsfluorescencelifetimeweredetectedbylock-intechnology.Thedetectingrangeofthesensoris50-500mg/dlanditsresponsetimeis30seconds,showingthatthiskindofsensorsispossibletobeusedinclinicaldiagnosisanddetection.
