摘要 Themanagementstrategiesofafirmareinevitableaffectedbyindividualbehaviorpreferences.Theeffectofindividualpreferenceontheevolutionarydynamicsforsupplychainsisstudiedbyemployingreplicatordynamics.Eachfirmhasthreebehaviorpreferences:selfishness,fairness,andaltruism.Firstly,thecasethatthestrategysetofmanufacturersandretailersincludingtwopurestrategiesisconsideredandtheeffectofpreferenceparameterontheequilibriumoutcomeintheshortterminteractionisdiscussed.Secondly,theequilibriumstateintheshort-termisalwaysdisturbedbecausethechangeoftheenvironment,firm’sstructure,andsoforth.Usingthereplicatordynamics,theevolutionarystablestrategiesofmanufacturersandretailersinthelong-terminteractionareanalyzed.Finally,theextendcasethatthestrategysetofmanufacturersandretailersincludethreepurestrategiesisinvestigated.Theseresultsarefoundthatthestrategyprofileinwhichbothmanufacturerandretailerchoosefairnessoraltruism,oroneplayerchoosesfairoraltruisticstrategyandtheotherplayerchoosesselfishstrategymaybeevolutionarystable,thestabilityoftheseequilibriadependsonthethepreferenceparameters.
